“its was my pleasure to order my power pressure cooker xl from Fernando. Although he pretty much talked me into getting extras that I'm sure I don't need. LOL......he was very helpful, courteous, and very nice. Told me about all the sales that were available while it wasn't offered online, but just for that weekend and that day. I'm sure they are told to sale, sale, sale. It was my pleasure.”

“I knew that I would be pressured to buy more. The representative was very good? I was given offers. I did not feel the usual panic of pressure. I am ready to get this in!”

“The only problem I had when placing my order was I only wanted to purchase the Pressure Cooker and the clerk had to keep offering me all the other products. I almost cancelled the order because if I tell you I don't want to hear all the other deals that's what I mean. It was at least 10 extra minuets of trying to sell me something I did not want or need. To me that is unacceptable. If I like this product and wanted to purchase another one for someone else I probably won't call back because of this reason.”

“Whole process was a hassle. Tried to sell a bunch of stuff that I didn't want and I'm sure would be a big profit for them. Still haven't received the cookbooks that I was told came with the deal. The$100 grocery savings looks convoluted and difficult. I hope it's worth at least a few dollars.”

“I think your customer service people are just plain stupid. I called to pay the balance owed and they tell me i cant pay. I hung up called back and this time i get transferred to a supervisor. I tell her the same thing i want to pay the balance she tells me its already paid for. Then i get an email from my credit card company stating my purchase was declined but i never authorized you all to charge my credit card the full amount. Yet the first time i called he wanted me to pay the entire bill but you have already charged 50.00 to my card.”

“Quit trying to sales me everything you have to offer all I wanted was the pressure cooker and the square fry pan lid. Every time I tried to complete the order I was asked to but something else. I selected poor because I haven't received the pressure cooker.”

“I Think the pressure cooker cooks very fast. haven't had the chance to use it much since I purchased it. I am really disappointed in the, so called, $100.00 in grocery coupons. You have to ask for coupons and the ones they offer expire in a week. I requested 6 coupons and never received them. They should stop offering them because it just pisses a customer. As far as the pressure cooker goes, I am looking forward to using it.”

“Love the pressure XL but had to re order the inside cooking bowl as it is loosing the coating even though I am using all rubber or plastic utensils. After washing it and letting it dry white specs sprout and when touched, they flake off! Not sure what the coating is or if harmful if ingested.”

“Each time I order more than one item my full order was never sent which is very frustrating eventhough the last time on March 13 I was assured by the agent that I would receive all the items in 2 separate order. When I checked the status of the 2 orders, only one was sent....very frustrating since it happened 3 times.”

“Great experience with my order. The young man (Ron) was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Received my cooker today. So excited as I have a smaller one that was given to me from my daughter as a gift. I dearly love it. She also gave me the AirFryer which I love too. Plan to do some canning with my larger pressure cooker. Very pleasant experience with Ron from start to finish with my order. He was also very knowledgeable about the product. Haven't opened my cooker because it just arrived but I'm suppose to have several smaller gifts. Love the products.”
