I am very frustrated I ordered two Power cooker at the same time only one got delivered and I was charged for both

When I called the number, I told the man I wanted to pay all at once and he tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I didn't want. He gave me a confirmation number and ended the call. I looked at my account, I was charged 2 times on 2 different days for the same items. I called customer service to complain but the guy told me there wasn't 2 charges and that the confirmation number that the first guy gave me, wasn't a real number. I finally had to call my bank and get my money back because no one would help me

I have not received the Power Cooker yet so I cannot comment on the performance, however I was disappointed when I placed my order via phone gave all the information 7:45 PM on March 11,17 Order placed with Brendan. I did not receive a confirmation so I called customer service on March 14,17 7:00 AM . First person told me there is no order placed at this time. I waited about 10 minutes, called back another customer service rep. said the same thing. I asked for a supervisor. Shara apologized and re-ordered the Cooker 7:05 AM March 14,17. The reason I'm upset had I gone out of town for a week, expecting the product no one called or e-mailed me that my order never went through. They had all my information I saw it when I tried tracking it on my computer I think the call taker put the wrong credit card number down. I was anxious and could not wait to receive the Cooker now it's put back for delivery... even more so if I did not call......Rocco

I'm very unhappy I ordered the first time the the salesperson never told me it was on backorder I waited and waited nothing so I cancel the order I called them again about two months later they said all we have them all in stock I order it first off I was supposed to get 25% off I didn't get the 25% off they overcharged Me by $69 and it's on backorder again

Too pushy,kept on insisting ,I purchase what ever the hell it was for $1.99 or whatever the price was, I didn't want the damn thing

Web site would not let me order any thing. Could not enter a shipping address as no place to put the zip code on order form. Then it tells me it cant process order without a zip code. I tryed to use the PayPal account and that did not work. So never got to order over the net had to use the phone and call a rep.

One of the best investments ive made this year..this thing makes an average cook..a great cook...a good cook.....a master chef....i use this thing literally like..2 3x a week i highly recommended this pressure cooker..and getting the hard back cook book as well.

The only thing that went wrong is my husband wanted to share pan and I accidentally got the round one witch is not very big I have a big family he thought he was getting the square one the was on the program he was watching so he wasn't happy about that but so far everything else had been good

Cooked ribs and they came out extremely tender. But in my opinion they have to be crisped up under broiler or on bbq. That adds more time. The other thing they don't mention on their ad is that while it doesnt take as much time to cook, it takes up to 20 minutes to pressurize the cooker. So if the recipe calls for 20 minutes you have to add 20 minutes for pressurization. Also you only get a few recipes and they say that you have access to recipes on their website. Well I called and they have been redoing their recipe website for over a month now. The product works great but they don't tell you everything about it. The copper pans, if you get them with are extremely nice. Easy to clean up and cook uniformly.

The offers for other products is way over the top. I found it very annoying and would be more than likely to suggest ordering in a different manner in order to avoid this or to flat out consider another offer. That said, the salesperson was your redeeming factor, professional and just doing his job. If it were not for trying to sell me a number of other products I had no interest in, the rating would have been good to very good. Thanks for asking.

I attempted to purchase the pressure cooker once on your website and after I made the initial order it offered me a second pressure cooker for a much lower price that i was going to buy as a gift however once I hit purchase, it only charged me for the initial order and not the second cooker. I called in and asked for it to be cancelled. I will not buy things like this Over the phone because I can not see for sure to verify my order is correct nor could I hardly understand the person who was talking to me. I decided to try it a second time, just in good faith that it was a mistake and the same thing happened. I called in irate and asked to have everything cancelled and told the person that your company is a joke and needs to figure their website out if they want to be a reputable business. At that point i was done, but the person convinced me to purchase with them, however once I got the confirmation email, what do you know, they got the order WRONG. Figure it out, if you can't even process orders and take money correctly, I can't even imagine how many other problems your company has.

First off I didn't order this on line also I have been trying to contact you all about my purchase over the phone and couldn't get no one to respond I've sent a email also started a chat that was ended very rudely they couldn't even response on my commit very dissatisfied with this company I'm sending back what ever comes here and. Would not recommend this company to no one

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I had been wanting to order this product for a long time. I ordered 3 days ago. Next day I received an email telling me that they were temporarily out of the pressure cookers. Customer service told me my order was cancelled Because my card was declined. I asked them to run it again . I now have 2 credit card charges on my account. And they still telling my card was declined. I cancelled my order and now have to wait for my funds to go back into my account. Apparently they are picky about who buys their product. 5 thumbs down!!

I thought I was receiving a $100. Grocery card but it is coupons. Also their is only 5 recipes included but you can get more on line. I have an electric pressure cooker and feel it is almost the same as this one. I like the size. That is the best part. Perhaps my rating is because I just received it and have not used it much

The customer service was great? I received the emailed billing, which showed the full amount., which is more than I could have purchased one locally, and not paid handling. The total amount is deceiving as is the infomercial. Another reason why I don't buy thru television, but I entertain a lot with corporate individuals and thought and expect it to a time saving.
