“Endured the upsell process, ordered last week, but was not told anything about backorders nor significant delay in receiving anything (now more than a week additional added to expected ship date!) And this had to be determined with a long call by me to find out what was happening. Not impressive, and will certainly diminish the first impression of the products received - when ever that may be.”

“I haven't received my cooker yet. I couldn't complete my order online because the zip code line wouldn't show up. I had to call and order. I didn't receive the Cook book or copper chef pan free like the commercial said and was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get sold other items other than the pressure cooker. It made me not want to order a power pressure cooker. I would not recommend this product to another person if they have to call to order the item.”

“Customer service was pleasant and courteous. Explained the details on the product and payment options. Received the power pressure cooker. It was very well packaged. The product has stainless steel look which fits in with other appliances. It seems easy to operate and makes cooking more convenient. Making cooking fun and providing more time to do other things with your time.”

“My name is Elena,and i recently purchased the power pressure Xl,didnt try the product itself yet,but upon the purchase itself..they took out my $$$ out my account $304.85 NOT ONCE BUT 2 TIMES,TOTAL $608.PLUS CHANGE SAYING IT WAS UNTIL MY DEBIT WAS CLEARED,SWORE THEY PUT BACK $304.85 BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT,WHICH THEY DID NOT,KEPT HANGING UP ON ME,I REFUSE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRAZY PEOPLE EVER AGAIN,THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION IN THEIR SOULS,I WORK HARD FOR MY $$!,AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY,AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING SO I CAN GIVE THEM THEIR PRODUCT BACK,I BROUGHT THE 10 QUART,FRYING PANS,AND THE RECIPE BOOK,FORGET THE @100.00 IN FOOD ITS ALL A LIE,TOO MANY CHANNELS TO GO THROUGH...BUYER BEWARE!!! “Paid in complete and Received cooker but it was dented on one side. Called and was given information to send it back. Sent it back. Need better coomunication to get very good review. Waited almost two weeks called them and they are sending replacement that I should receive in another week or so. Know I will love it when I get it.”

“I will not trade it for anything. I ordered a book so I can learn more about how to use it. I am very satisfied with it. I used to have one with the rocker and my wife would leave the kitchen. With the XL she stays.”

“So far it is a joke trying to get to the web site to get the $100 grocery coupons. That is not acceptable in my opinion. It goes through another company evidently and you can't even find out to get into it to get the coupons. GGGGGRRRRR. Will see how the food turns out, hopefully better than my Instant Pot that I gave to my granddaughter or she will get this one too.”

“I do not have my Pressure Cooker yet. Was ordered on 2/27/17 and they sent me 2 copper skillets & 2 glass lids. BUT NO PRESSURE COOKER. My order was taken by a guy named Tony his ID # is 671 the conformation #29990578 And I paid $152.92. And last week I talked to 2 of your people on the CHAT line Kimberly and after being disconnected I then talked to Marielle. I thought that someone would get back to me. Also my order # for the Pressure Cooker was 21586201709150190. Marielle said they would have to check with the carrier. Someone really needs to take care of this error. Please! “Horrible experience!! All we wanted was the cooker and it took me forever to get off the phone with a person who talked way to fast and with an accent that I couldn't understand. Also, he kept trying to sell me other items that I didn't want, didn't need, and couldn't afford. If you are wanting a cooker, my advice is to NOT order from their infomercial.”

“I ordered this product in the 10 quart size for using when we entertain a large crowd. I have just used it today and was confused re how to set the timer different than the default time. The instructions could be clearer. I made a pot roast and vegetables that were very good. I will enjoy making some other things.”

“The order I placed on line never went through. I thought it odd I didn't get a confirmation number or a thank you or your order has been placed comment when I was finished. This was on Sunday March 5, 2017. I called on the following day and no record of !y order. I spoke to a Brian I'd m79 or 1079. He was very helpful and I accepted him placing my order by phone. The only thing he couldn't do for me was use my 20% off promo code "fusionlife" even though my coupon said to use the code at checkout or call an 800 #. PS. I don't think your invoices really break down what exactly you are supposed to receive. I am awaiting my order”
