“Im not happy with my 6qt pressure cooker xl...It will not seal unless i push the lid down very hard..i called customer service, Im feel there was a language misunderstanding, CS told me I need a gasket for the piece under the handle? I have one, he said there should be 2..it was free, but shipping was 6.99...wow..Im hoping I can get it to work,or I want a replacement...thank you...my plan was to buy 4 more for my adult children”

“I have only used it twice and the second time I burned the meat and mistakenly tried to clean the inner pot with a brillo pad and had to replace the inner pot.”

“The customer service rep was very upbeat and pleasant. I will say (and she is just doing her job) that when a customer says they are not interested in adding on anything to the initial order the rep should be allowed to deviate from her script and respect the customers time and their request and move forward to complete the order. It becomes frustrating when you are still asked to buy "specials" when you have already expressed your request to go through with the initial order. I did not want to be rude to the rep. Your reps need to be able to move forward without the script when asked by the customer. Total turn off for me at least.”

“I did not order the power pressure cooker XL ONLINE! I ordered it on the phone from the phone number on your video. The video stated that I was to receive the cookbook along with the other "free" bonus items. But when I spoke with the customer service representative, I was informed that there was a cost for the book. I was really looking forward to receiving the hardback cookbook from Eric's recipes. I spoke with 2 of your reps and I asked the question whether or not I could do canning with quart jars and how many would fit. But no one really knows that answer. Other than that, I have not received the product yet, so I can't truly rate it as of yet.”

“I really wanted this bad and i am a family of 7 so i ordered the 10 quart but i was really disappointed that i bought tje biggest one but didn't get the cook book that came with the 8 quart i really wanted it but couldn't afford it since i bought the biggest one i think when u spend more money u should still get it”

“First of all I was charged double the amount! Then when I called to have one charge reversed and to keep the other in order to pay for my order, both charges were reversed! Very disappointed as I had intended the Power Pressure Cooker to be a wedding gift!”

“Deceptive marketing at its best. Your "add - ons" are unreal. Imagine trying to sell the consumer a package that contains the anti counter condensation piece when you should have those built into the units, and this is a 3 piece package containg other items that should be part of the unit, not add - ons. I just hope hope this works as it does on TV or you will be receiving it back very soon!!!! Thank you, look forward to hearing back from you!!”

“I ordered what would have been a 10 quart cooker, 6 year warranty, cook book that they arranged to come a week after the cooker, which is crazy. After having the delivery postponed 2 times, the customer service all but one being understand to the fact that I can't camp out by the door fron 9 am until 8 p.m. every day, waiting for it, thenjoy them not knowing if it was at the post office -as my UPS tracking number said, or on deliveryour today...I am cancelling everything and asking for a refund. One of the operators wanted the charge me $35 plus shipping and handling for the so-called free pan, if you can believe it! Nothing should be this difficult. I ordered from Walmart all the time as a passholder and Amazon and their people are much better than this. Customer service is everything with the company. This company should hire more people from America who speak English fluently. I found that every operator was outsourced Indian period I'm not bigoted and I'm not a racist but you need to be able to understand the person speaking. Get a refund for a product I never got because it either wasted too much of my time or was too much are in trouble. PLM”

“Haven't received cooker as yet. I ordered by call the number listed during TV promo. Wished I would have waited and done it online. They try to sell you everything imaginable, you would think for the price you would get a cookbook. You get a fry pan but they want to sell the lid, told it was 4.95 ended up they charged $14.95. Oh and it has no warranty, they will sell it to you. And how about some utensils? Extra baskets, drip pans. I was ready to cancel my order and wait til it comes to stores like the 6 qt. Wouldn't of had to pay $30 for shipping oh sorry that's $29.99. Hope the product is worth it!”
