I bought a pressure cooker and I only used it once. My 38 year old grand daughter was fixing crawdads in the cooker -she had it sitting on top of my glass top stove .She had to go to the store and confusingly turned on the back burner where the pot was sitting. My husband came in and seen flames shooting up a foot. The bottom of the pot was melted away and the top of my glass top had a pile of melted plastic. He saved the day. He cleaned up my glass top like new the only loss was my new pressure cooker. So when I seen you on TV I had to order me a new one. I have all your copper pans and truly love them. I wished I could of had them when I was raising our family.Thank you

We had to return it because of the current draw. We did not want the additional expense to install a dedicated circuit which is required for the pressure cooker. However we purchased the 6 qt pressure cooker with less current draw. We have used manual pressure cookers in the past and was well pleased. I am looking forward to using the new updated pressure cooker

I believe the young lady serving me was Kimberly. She was VERY efficient and knowledgeable, she answered my questions and gave me pertinent information about the product. She told me about ALL the other items for purchase, but was in no way 'pushy', which I appreciated. I am so anxious to receive my Pressure Cooke! Thank you for the offer AND Kimberly's expertise! Sincerely, Mrs. Andrea Thein

I did not order my online. I order thru phone line but the rep who assists me didn’t not know how to answer questions. The only amount she gave me was the first payment the rest she stated it would be the $$$ plus the $5 or $10 for cooking book. Then she stated about the maintance fee for 6 years and 3 years. . She stated about an additional fee due to packages getting lost or damage when received. Questioned why there’s an additional fee if we paying for shipping and handling charge. She stated she would transfer me but she hang up. By the time I could figure out how much it would cost the service agreement for 6 or 3 years she had hang up at first I said no but before the conversation ended I was going to take it. But she hang up did not give me my order number. My first payment was taking right away stayed pending in my account for a few days. I called on Wednesday or Thursday night. Never received an email or went on your website and could not locate my order. Called back on Monday the rep I spoke with he could not find my order but wanted to redo the order. Explained to him the payment was still posted to my account and that I could not reorder until the payment not pending any longer. Tuesday morning my payment was posted any longer. But Tuesday during the day received the email and payment was reposted. On March 1 received emailed my package has been shipped but as of today 3/5/17 according to the tracking number it hasn’t been shipped. This is what it shows: March 1, 2017 , 6:43 am Tracking Number 9449010898522004615416 Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item BERLIN, CT 06037 Soon as of today this package has not been shipped like the email states. Also not certain what date of the month my next payment coming out and how much. It better not be before the 28th of the month since that when she did it. So rating your rep was very very poor I'm sorry I didn't do online. Reps are supposed to be better but that one wasn't. It is over a week and half when I first order and my order still hasn't been shipped. Please reply Thanks Susan Chaisson

On line was very unsatisfactory. I had to actually call to place the order. Problem #1 While placing the delivery address and billing address the line that calls for the "City" will not allopw for the full city name. My city is Fairview Heights but the field only allowed Fairview Heig. When something like this occurs it makes me wonder what other flaws the site or actual products might have. Problem #2 In the descriptive information on the actual products not one gives the product model number. Product numbers are important to the customer. Example: I wanted to order one of the cook books but it ask for the pressure cooker model number. I couldn't even make a good guess.

Today we were told that we would get our pressure cooker by U S Mail. Only thing we got was the frying pan and cover. Not the pressure cooker. Where is the cooker?

We bought two XL power pressure cooker for household use the 6 quart size from a television advertisement. And noticed that the inner pots that were losing their nonstick surface material. So we called customer service and they wanted to sell us two more pots. We weren't too pleased with that since we believe these were (factory defects) and on top of that these pressure cookers are not exactly cheap. So we asked to speak with the supervisor he said his name was Sam from the country of India and Sam proceeded to offer us two - replacement 6 quart pots for $29.99 per pot plus shipping charges..... we weren't too pleased with that then he said he would offer the pots if we paid the shipping of 12.99 per pot I told him we would call him back. We called back and spoke to a woman by the name of Andy from Phoenix Arizona and she offered two pots at 12.99 per pot and free shipping. It was at that moment that we discovered that Sam (lied) to us and missed leading us with offering us two pots at 29.99 +12.99 for shipping when Andy offered as the pots at 12.99 which was the real price plus free shipping. We feel that we should never had to pay for these pots in the first place but to get the pots we had to pay 12.99 per pot plus free shipping. We feel this company is dishonest their customer service is dishonest........ and if I was ever to buy another pressure cooker I wouldn't buy this brand. Watch out, scary.!!!
