“I Love the pressure cooker,it makes my life so much easier,your meal time preparing food is cut down 75% or more I have made some really good meals in the pressure cooker.Love,Love,Love it You have to take a chance and try something new buy a pressure cooker you will be very happy!”

“I can only hope that the actual product works better than your Customer Support Line. I've now been lied to, had a duplicate order placed, been charged twice, hung up on, and placated by the Supervisor I finally asked for. If the issue is a language barrier - I'd seriously suggest NOT outsourcing...”

“I have not received the pressure cooker yet so can't rate it. I can, however, rate the on line purchase experience. I don't offer my opinion, most of the time, because the experience was not pleasant. This one was different. The lady I dealt with was very pleasant, patient and informative. I found this experience enjoyable. This lady is a keeper and represents you very well.”

“I called into customer service right after I ordered your product because I wanted to cancel the order because my wife has the same thing Open in the closet and I didn't know about it but the customer service representative said to me you cannot cancel your order for at least eight hours I thought that was pretty ridiculous but I said OK so I called approximately eight hours after that then they said to me The order was sent out already and I told him the customer service representative said to me I could not cancel the for at least eight hours that is so ridiculous I never ever heard of this I will never ever do business with you people again if that's your policy everything goes on computer why does it take eight hours for a person to cancel an order which I tried to do again I will never do business with you again if that's your policy have a great day”

“I'm very upset. This morning I checked my bank account and I see that I have been charged twice for my pressure cooker. I paid full price not the 3 payment plan. Once on February 25th, 2017 when I ordered your product and again May 1st, 2017. This is causing a great distress on my budget. I would not recommend this company.”
