“I bought the XL power cooker last summer but didn't know how to use it so it sat. I watched tv and saw how quickly you could cook a meal with the cook book and decided to buy it, can't wait to get my book to try it out. The cookbook should be mandatory to help prepare meals. I love what l saw on TV. Thank you”

“I was disappointed by the phone rep constantly asking me if I wanted to order the extra items when I clearly told them that all I wanted was the 10 qt. pressure cooker, the cook book and she talked me into the square pan lid. I hope I enjoy my pressure cooker - but after I told her that all I wanted was the cooker and cook book, I wish she would have finished by order right then. Then my cell phone cut us off and I wasn't sure if my order was even complete until I received the e-mail confirmation. Very frustrating!”

“I was shugfeled from sales pitch to sales pitch. I had to give my credit card info 4 times A purchase by phone took over 2p minutes. I hope the produ t is better than the i trodu tion.”

“I am 64 years old and I have never been lied to and cheated in such a way as I have been by your company. Because of your sales people I have a drained bank account. “I ordered two rubber gaskets. The first time I ordered them I realized shortly after that I gave the wrong model # so I called back and told the person (don't remember his name). and gave him the right #. He said all 6 qt gaskets were the same. When I ,got them they were not the right ones, too big, it probably wasn't his fault. Now I am waiting for my order.”

“I BOUGHT THE 6 QT. RED POWER PRESSURE COOKER BUT HAVEN'T USED IT YET. I'M WAITING FOR FAMILIES TO COME AND THEN I'LL MAKE MY PORTUGUESE SOUP WITH IT. GLAD I DON'T HAVE TO COOK IT ANYMORE ON THE RANGE AS IT TAKES A LOOOOOOOONG TIME. RED IS BEAUTIFUL AND WAS SURPRISE HOW BIG THE 6 QT IS, AND HOW HEAVY. HAD TO USE MY WALKER TO CARRY THE BOX FROM OUTSIDE MY FRONT DOOR TO THE KITCHEN WITH MY WALKER. THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO WERE VERY NICE, AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS... GOOD PERSONALITY. THANKS A LOT FROM HERE.”

“I have not received mine yet but i can customer service is not great and i am not very happy at the moment. I was told 7-10 days but on review of my order tracking my entire is on back order and will be 2-3 weeks before i get it. If this was something that was told to me before obligatmating me to a large bill i could have gone to a local retailer and purchase the 8qt powercooker xl for a lot less money and i would have had it sooner.”
