my power pressure cooker was damage during the shipping. It has a large dent on the side of it I... need to have it re place. please tell me how to do this.

I was able to use my powercooker for 2 weeks, that's it! The floater valve fell out, I ordered a new one and my cooker sits on my counter, useless for the past month and a half...and counting! New part was ordered and waiting, and waiting.... SUPER UNHAPPY! Yet my monthly payments are taken out of my account, religiously, no failing each month! Can't say it enough; SUPER UNHAPPY!

The power pressure is wonderful but the costumer service. No good. They. Promise all. Wath you see on television but you have to fight to get wath they promise

You ask for a review and I still have not received my cooker. It shows in tracking it still sitting with the label made and waiting for pickup......go figure!!!!! Not happy!!!!!

How'd we ever do without this cooker?! Had for months now and use about 3x a/wk. However, my cookers float valve has fallen apart and all but the valve itself went down the drain. After calling cust/service I have a replacement on the way for $9.99 and a 10 day wait to receive it. The problem I have difficulty with is putting people who can't speak English very well in a service dept that is in a English speaking nation. The 2nd thing is that my cooker is only months old and and why did such an important part just fall apart? The conversation with cust . service lasted way too long and I shouldn't have to pay for this part. Because I couldn't understand this persons English I can only hope I'm getting the right part. I have all but quit using my oven sense getting my XL cooker. So happy with cooker, not so much with cust. service. Keep watch on floater valve every time you use your XL, make sure it's tight, and you can avoid frustration.

first when I ordered the power pressure cooker I was under the Impression there would be free groceries as was shown for the last two months on the tv with a woman holding produce as her free groceries two bags never did it signify the word coupon so I'm expecting free 100.00 free groceries misrepresentation consumer protection and the attorney generals office could verify so I was to order the copper chef xl also to get another 100.00 worth of free produce as shown on the tv well leslie the girl I first talked to took off the copper chef xl so I could get two separate orders however she held up 106.48 and 135.96 at my bank two amounts which could of led to overdrafts every time I called about when my orders would come I had to call back and get a supervisor to make sure I would get things going right some customer service reps seemed unsure of my answers to my products i have received my products which i am happy with however i not happy with not getting 100.00 free groceries as shown repeatly on the tv for the last 2 months being retired from govt free groceries are a god sent this grocery reward coupon site i was sent to is bogus there are no produce coupons for what u see on tv and the woman holding two bags of that are stated to be free groceries never stating coupons you have to add up to 100.00 dollars such a misrepresentation i feel i deserve a free Walmart or giant card with 100.00 free groceries as shown on the tv i wont order off the tv again but off the internet too nerve racking at the age of 60 to deal with i do want the copper chef xl and i like the fryer but will order off the internet. plus a detailed instruction should be shown how to use the power pressure cooker buttons like power delay for instance adjustment time exactly how to do it but last but not least not trying to be redundant BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE MY 100.00 free groceries as shown as what you get for ordering the power preassure cooker xl and it also states the same with the copper chef xl on the tv i hope this helps your customer service attendants thanks Sheryl gandy 1609 wayne st Harrisburg pa 17104

Very unhappy I only had the pressure cooker, for a short time. One of the parts needed to be replaced. Already!!!!!' Guess what I have to pay for it.. I don't mind paying, if I had it for a time but less than a few mo. Come on, stand behind you product. No confidence, Marilyn

My minor ordered it with my CC DUE TO THE COMMERCIAL. I called customer service that said it had already been shipped, they could not do anything. Yet got another message the next day that it was just processed. Very unhappy.

Pressure cooker came missing a part.I called three times,the person in Idia or wherever didnt completely understand my problem.I finally got them to send me the steamer tray after calling them three times.Also there is no way you can reduce the cook time with out starting over again.On the chicken meat mode the highest time setting is 60 minutes when two corned beefs can take 70 minutes.
