“The person whom I ordered from was vey polite but very fast and a little pushy on certain items. Some items were not offered offered that are on the infomecial, that was a little disappointing. But all in all it was ok.”

“When I called to order the pressure cooker l don't like to be offered 30 other items that makes me not want to call anymore thank you also I took over a week to get the frying pan and lid it's been over a week and still have not received the hundred dollars in free coupons”

“i can't rate something I haven't received yet. But the ordering experience was terrible. I called on the phone. I didn't want all the other junk they tried to sell me. after some thought, I think this whole thing is OVERPRICED!!”

“All I wanted was the pressure cooker that was suppose to come with free cooking pan. Instead I was charged for pan and the rep was trying to talk me into a few other options. I'm disappointed but my cooker should be on it's way. Can't wait to use it.”

“The only bad thing is they held money from my account for 3 days then charged me. I call customer service and they said.. they hold the money to make sure it's there when they ship the item.. so there isn't an issue when the item is shipped. My question is why not just charge me the 1st payment then there's no question at all.. seems weird to me.”

“I received my 10qt purchase today without a portion on my order. I was told to expect 3 boxes when only 1 box arrive I called customer service and was told my 6 Qt. will arrive 3 days later and my free cooper pan didn't have a tracking number or was order to ship after speaking to Supervisor Janelle ID# G90. Prior to speaking to her a your man stated to me I don't know why you upset about receiving your order in different shipmen because we are still within the 7 days of shipping. I was so upset I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and requested that CSR get better training. The 6qt order was a birthday gift that needed to be presented on 3/7/2017 with no avail. I am truly thinking about returning all my items and cancelling the grocery shopping. This is my first and last time order from an infomercial and hope I get a returned call regarding this lack of customer service I have experience. 678-517-9191 K.P.”

“I'm a fan of the product, I have two. But the 10 quart, I got just today and I'm upset about a few things 1. The 29.99 handling fee was not d.isclosed to me, I even asked if the shipping was free. It's pretty sneaky to advertise that free shipping then sneak in a $30 handling fee, really. 2. NO sauté feature.... That was my favorite thing about my smaller cooker 3. I was sent the frying pan instead of the deep pan. The person I ordered it from said I would get the deep pan, not the frying pan. 4. I still have not found a customer service phone number nor email address to submit my above complaints”

“Alls gr8..i have almost everything Eric sales However was a lul upset when i chose the rice cooker for my bonus item only 2 b told that i wasnt ordering on line ..was ordering over phone so i wld b getting 9.5 square pan..well i already hv that!Point being when i was online it said order online or call..so i called cause i had questions..not right! Just got my XL pan that cooks 6 chickens!False advertizing..Ur cookbook then reveals its 6 CORNISH HENS. I love my products however its the SAME XL POT I already got..just two short handles and just ordered the 6qt pressure cooker and STILL CANNOT choose the rice cooker as my bonus item..Im a little annoyed..Thanks 4 letting me vent..I'll keep my products but just disappointed..what say you ERIC? pcrodz1@ yahoo.com 3/06/17”

“The cook book which was promised was not included with the order. Power pressure cooker is very convenient, but need to explain more in detail how to use the cooker by categories. The most importantly, the food sticks in the bottom of the pan, I have difficult time trying to remove the food.Soup, stew, spaghetti sauce, all the same, they all stick in the bottom, and I have very very difficult time removing it from the pan. It should be non-stick product. I quit using this pressure cooker after my 4th trial.”

“love the pressure cooker, however my order was not completely shipped, I did not receive the pressure cookbook I ordered in addition to the cooker. I also never received an email with a complete invoice of my order or anything providing access to the ONLINE library of recipies”

“The lady that helped us with our order was very nice and polite. The only thing I didn't like, even though I know it's just part of the job is the constant offers after we have ordered. I totally know it is just part of her presentation and she has to offer the thousands of things (or it seemed like there were thousands!) All in all, our experience was good and we are looking forward to receiving our pressure cooker.”

“This is not a rating on the product, it is the process of shipping. I only received 1 tracking number for my order which included the Power Pressure Cooker XL and the Copper Chef Pan W/Bonus items. The order # is 21586-2017-09122-027 and the only tracking number I received was 1Z87275FYW19613296. I received the Copper Chef box, but never got the pressure cooker XL. I called and spoke to Richard in your customer service dept. this morning and he said they were delivered on 3/1 and 3/3. How could there be only 1 tracking number if the items were delivered on 2 different days? I only had 1 key to our drop boxes in my mailbox and it only had 1 box (copper chef pan). He said they would resend and I would receive by the 20th, but I'm not happy about this process!!!”
