Just got it. Wife is all excited. When following the initial cleaning the literature said in general 17 minutes before pressure cooking starts. I filled the container to 2/3 full and it took 27 minutes before the blinking timer started the 10 minutes countdown for the canning setting. None of the advertising on TV or in online literature really addresses the wait time prior to the fast cooking touted in all the advertising. How long does it take for frozen chicken to get to the actual start of pressure cooking time? Guess I'll find out some day.

Everything was going OK. I didn't care to pouches nothing else at the moment because I have small children including a special need child that I needed to get ready for school before the bus come at 6am, which I mentioned to the representative on many occasions,but she's didn't take it into consideration,she kept on asking, I really just wanted to cancel and hang up .... Because I Don't drive,and I don't have another way to get them to school,I had to call a cab that morning to take them3 different schools..... That makes me think twice before ordering anything ever again sorry.....

your cooker is a lot more complex than you make it seem on tv! and you forgot to tell me I had to live in death valley to do any canning . the Theiss cook book is like the pot to COMPLEX!!! POUND YOUR FOOD WITH FLAVOR!! I think I`am the one that got pounded!!

Sorry - we haven't received our pressure cooker yet. Also, our order was placed via telephone - not internet. I truly enjoyed my conversation with your contact that I placed my order with. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services being offered. However, there are way too many "add-on's" to the original purchase. I believe I was on the phone for about 40 minutes - and even though it was explained to me very clearly - I didn't realize what I purchased - or for how much - until I received my e-mail form your Power Pressure Cooker Team. Perhaps you could limit some of those "other deals". Thanks

I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY POWER PRESSURE COOKER AND IM GETTING PRETTY MAD ABOUT IT IF I DONOT RECIEVE IT BY MARCH 17 IM CANCELING MY ORDER!!!!

Although I have not received my order yet, if I am to compare the product , "The Power Pressure Cooker XL" with the customer service I have received I cannot in all honest give a rating any higher than poor. The only reason I did not rate it as very poor is because I have not had the chance to use the product yet.Below is my post from FaceBook: "Do NOT order from this company if you expect them to follow through on their promises. My order was supposed to be charged over 3 months but was charged all at once. When I contacted the company online they told me there was nothing they could do. When I was asked for someone that could help me, they gave me the customer service number. I contacted the customer service number and was offered $30.00 off my order but if I accepted this offer, I could not return the product for any reason other than damage in shipment. When I told them that was unacceptable, they said that I could just not accept the order. Then reorder it, Of course they would not refund any shipping and handling, and I would then be charged the S&H when I reordered. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY." End of FB post. By refusing to correct their mistake and not reversing the full charge to my debit card, this company has in effect made it impossible for me to try their product for at least 3 more weeks. Living only on Social Security Disability and expecting a charge of about $60.00 to my account, but getting the surprise of a charge in excess of $160.00 my budget for this month has been completely shot. It was a stretch to buy this product to begin with, but it was something my wife wanted. Please note that my wife has been in the emergency room at least 13 times since January 01/2017 and has spent about 10 days hospitalized during that time . She has also averaged 3 doctor appointments per week since the new year. I was hoping that by getting something that she has been wanting would help her feel better. But when it is delivered on this Monday ( maybe) and she will have to just look at it for several weeks because we will NOT be able to buy any more groceries this month ( other than milk and bread) because of this extra charge,. What a depressing thought for a bipolar woman with a multitude of medical problems. I hope your failure to apply the charges over 3 months has helped your bottom line enough that you can feel good about yourselves and your company . I hope it is worth disappointing a sick individual and making a customer angry enough to rate your product so low and to add my disappointment and anger to FaceBook and other online media.

When l first placed the order the agent did not put in the computer my order correctly.So I was not going to get everything l wanted.l called back but l could not this big misunderstanding!!!!!!

I didn't get to the use my Cooker, because I was falsely lead to believe that I would get a hard bond cook book. I mentioned several times to the representative who took my order that I do not have a computer at home and could not see any of the on-line recipes. I only have computer at work, which I could not use for hours at time checking our recipes. Even in the TV ad, it states the 10 quart cooker comes with cookbook. It makes no sense to get the cooker and not know how to prepare the recipes. Also, I did not receive the coupons or Walmart card. The calls are taped and I also taped our call. I would be very aware of the misleading information before order from this company. I did purchase the small cooker for office or school use and like it. That's the reason I went back to the company. I call customer service and all the representative kept repeating to me "you have to by the book or use on-line". What a very terrible experience I had and I am planning to send the unit back. Watch for all the hide cost!!!!

I have made a few different dishes so far. I have found instructions easy to follow and the results spectacular. I would and have already recommended this to family and friends. Can't wait for the next family get-together to show off what it can do.

I like your product ,thought the copper square pan I love it but it didn't hold up to it potential . you said it didn't scratch but it did ,I call so I can send it back for replacement. I was told I would have to pay $40 for replacement .that was less than a month after I received it but I love your products I also purchased the rice perfect cooker the air fryer the pressure cooker XL and a copy Square pants XL pan so I'm a good customer but I've got a bad deal with my first order I gave you another try Billie Hankins

I think its very good but would be excellent if viewers are informed that the three items have different prices upfront. Some may turn back a good chance if they have to call before they are told of a higher price for their choice. All the same I believe thevitem itself is time saving and very good for elderly people who still cook Thanksgiving and special meals for large family members whenever they gather or meet together. A.1 very good time and energy saver!

My experience with this order has not been good. I did not receive the pan or the chopper. When I called customer service the person that I talked to did not speak good English and was not friendly.

I cooked a pot roast as the booklet instructions the meat was tough and not very good . will try some other recipe later

While my experience with customer service was exceptional!!! My experience with trying to buy the 10qt cooker has been very upsetting. I can't get it shipped to me in Alaska. I have bought 6 of the 6qt cookers for all my kids and myself. I absolutely love this cooker and really need the 10qt size.

Power Pressure was good however be aware that when taking advantage of the $100. in grocery coupons you will need the order number from your invoice.
