“I am still waiting for the rest of my order. I was told I would get a 3 Tier Wire Basket and a Steaming Basket Free ,with my 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker, but I did not receive them. This is what I see advertised on TV, so I expected to receive that. I have called twice & was told they would ship them. I am not sure what they are shipping or when I will receive the rest of what I was promised. Also, I was reading the COPPER CHEF 1Pan-6 Ways to Cook booklet yesterday, and I found out why my Steamer Tray was a mystery to me. It was sitting flat in my fryer pan and it needs 4 legs in the holding slots, which keeps it off the bottom of the pan to let it steam the contents when cooking. I don't know how these orders are filled, but some ones is not doing their job correctly. My salesperson that took my order was very helpful and I expected to receive what she said I would be getting. My confirmation # was 42705629. I can not write my REVIEW until I finish getting what was promised to me. You would not want to read my review as of now, so I will wait tip later. Mary”

“I was not familiar with power pressure cookers until I saw the infomericial about the PPCXL on tv. I was so impressed, I called to order one--which is highly unusual for me. I usually ignore such things on tv. First, I was told the call was being recorded "for quality purposes". I was swayed by the very nice sales person to purchase more things than what I had intended, but I agreed because I was told some of the things were either free or significantly discounted. Later in the day, when I looked over my email receipt, I discovered I was charged for an item I as told "was included", charged regular price for some of the things I was told were discounted, and an item was not on the receipt that I was originally told was included for free. I called the customer service #. The woman on the phone was adamant that the information on the receipt was accurate, and the free and discounted items should not have been. I recommended she listen to the recorded call to learn what I was told. She was not willing to change the order to what I had been originally promised. I canceled the order.”

“Receiving the extra gift is made very difficult to receive. I have not received my gift card. When will I receive it. I did receive a call asking for 6.00 processing fee. Why. If I don't receive it soon I will return the cooker.”

“Though I personally am not using the Power Pressure Cooker, I gave it as a gift, the recipient was very excited and anxious to use it. He seems to be enjoying the pressure cooker as well as the many additional gifts.”

“I did not receive my complete order. I had additionally ordered the copper frying pan and lid with the cookbook which didn't arrive with my delivery. I will be sending your pressure cooker back as I feel that I have been taken advantage of.”

“CANNOT FIND A RECIPE FOR STUPPED CABBAGE[SLOVAK STYLE] ON THE COMPUTER FOR THIS COOKER OR FOR A MATTER OF FACT HARDLY ANY ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER--- AM GETTING VERY PERTURBED ABOUT THIS. I AM 81 BUT STILL AM VERY SHARP MIND AND THIS IS ALL MAKING ME LOOK STUPID!!! PROBABLY WILL NOT GET AN ANSWER!!!!! “Easy to use and clean. Meals are amazing. After a year, had problem with top not sealing. It was cheaper to just buy a new top instead of paying for shipping to have it repaired. Would definitely buy again.”

“Hi I have complain I m going to return this product for these reasons 1. On TV's ad shipping and handling was free but they charged me 2. I didn't get my pan 3. I didn't get my 3 raise (steeming and others) 4. When I called customer service no one really helped me especially the supervisor How can I trust this company with bunch of lies and bad customer service, then I am going to return your product. I was going to order another one for my Mom but I am not going to do that. Have a good day”
