“I cancelled my purchase within 24 hours of purchase as we have three days to rescind and order and was extremely upset that I was told it had already been shipped and my credit card billed. Then it came in three separate boxes which all needed to be returned to the Post Office. I am taking them back tomorrow and expect to see my credit card credited. i think you need to change your policy and not ship products until the three day period passes. it would save you a lot of money having to have the packages returned.”

“Power Pressure cooker XL NOT ONLY MAKE HAPPY IS A LIFE SAVER IN THE KITCHEN. THIS LAST EASTER COOKING WAS VERY SMOOTH AND FAST DUE TO THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT. EVERYBODY SHOULD OWN THEM, THE PRICE IS RIGHT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY.”

“It has helped me get dinner on the table quixkly. Withing 20 minutes from start to finish I have made Swedish meatballs and I have made spegetti and meatballs. When your husband walks through the door at 7:45 he wants dinner.”

“My experience has been awful. The order was sent to the wrong address. It was places 3-28-17. On 4-4-17 I returned it so it could be sent to the right address As of today which is 4-16-17 the cooker has not been received after making two phone calls. Therefore I cannot the give a rating because I don't have a cooker”

“Confusing manual when first operating it!! Also needed a few minutes to pressurize, which affected the "timing". Otherwise..food was delicious and easy cleanup! Overall pleased.”

“Operators consistently talk like they have to read something before responding. I wanted to exchange the 10 quarts for a smaller size and i was not allowed to do that. Operators not well versed with sale process.”

“I would have given it a 5 star, but the flow valve pops out to easily during cleaning. Lost and damaged. Upon requesting a replacement, had to pay because wasn't purchased through website. Company only supports those that purchase directly from them. Beware....”
