“Customer service was great but the product is not very good. Everything that I have cooked in it, sticks to the bottom of the pan. The unit works good other than the sticking.”

“I only had the power pressure cooker for over a year and the lid never sealed correctly and then it locked on me and we couldn't get it off. Had to pry it off and break the power cooker now I am ordering another one hopefully with a better Outlook.”

“The order process was too long. After ordering Raul continued to offer more than what I wanted or was interested in. I understand how he has to follow procedures. I asked him if he was in a call center and he said Yes! I didn't believe that due to the type background noise I could hear. It actually took 27 minutes to complete my order. I'm ordering the product because my Family is big on cooking and some have purchased the Power Pressure Cooker and love it! Can't wait to receive Cooker.”

“It seems to me that the cooker removes most of the flavor from my food, and cooking my old true methods makes my food wonderful. The cooker might be faster but you should never give up on the most important part ,taste.”

“When I watch the video on the power pressure cooker XL, it talked about how you could get me done in tinder within an hour. I have cooked a pork roast and a beef roast, it is true that both of them got done quickly but neither one was tender. This is disappointing because I have a cheap slow cooker that I bought at Walmart that will get meat tender in three or four hours. I was also under the assumption that I was going to get free online access to a large number of recipes but I haven't seen that.”

“i bought the power pressure cooker on the phone and for the most part it was just fine the only thing i didnt care for was the sales person kept trying to sell me more stuff iknow they are told to do this but it just feels pushy and rude to me im buying a 159 dollar tool for the kitchen to me thats a lot of money and trying to get more is just rude”

“I am happy with the pressure cooker xl. I did not like when I called that they asked you to purchase all this other stuff. My time is important and this wasted about an hour of my time. Also, I am having trouble getting my $100 in grocery coupons. You should make this easier or send the coupons with the pressure cooker. You do not seem to care about our time as much as your money. Our time is important too. Please try to remedy this for future customers. But fix the coupons now. I am trying to get mine and it is taking forever. Wait an hour for this or that. I have my pin and everything.”

“It took me 2 times to order this product. The first time the representative must have had a bad day because my order was never finished and processed. Then the second time in ordering the product, the man was very congenial and got the ordered finished, now I am told my order has been shipped. I called about 4 different times after I ordered the first time to see where my order was, that was making me a very unhappy camper. But now all is fine and dandy.”
