“I was able to find the item in bed bath & beyond cheaper and get it faster. I did not appreciate having to pay $30 dollars for a cook book to use this product.”

“I have not received anything yet and when I called to talk to a customer service representative asking him about the gift cards the pressure cooker and the pot set all he could tell me was the pressure cooker is coming tomorrow and he has no information about other items. Sees that I'm not signed up for the 100 dollar gift card but I can sign up on the website put me over to the Walmart gift card line where I was hung up on. Then I go to the website which I see no space where you sign up for the 100 dollar gift card that I was promised on the third of April. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone on the third of April reliving my credit card number to sign up for different promotions and there is no human I can talk to about it. Very frustrated but at least my pressure cooker will be here tomorrow I pray I Love it”

“I haven't recieved the pressure cooker yet. As far as I know it hasn't been shipped yet. I am excited to get the product and start using it. I do think that at the end of what I wanted to order you kept going with more offers. That was a bit too much.”

“I was promised a gift card for 100 for grocery withbmy purchase that would come with my order plus a 50 Walmart card from the magazines I ordered and I received neither of them! Very upset about being mislead about this offer I should have known I wasn't going to get anything for free!”

“Have not tried it yet. I did not get the cookbook or the square copper skillet. When I ordered the pressure cooker, your customer service rep kept trying to sell me something else beside the cooker, i.e., full set of copper skillets. When I try it I will submit a review. I will mark as acceptable for now. It could change after I try it.”

“The customer service agent was quite friendly, however, the phone call took forever because they attempted to sell an enormous amount of other items, even after telling them I did not want anything else. Also the items they said automatically came with the pressure cooker were not mentioned during the phone call, but we did receive those items. Though I know this is typical of this kind of call, it is very annoying.”

“The sales associate was very polite and courteous but there were too many add on offers... like a football team piling onto a runner that was already down. I suppose if I had money it would be different but I decided to purchased what was at my limit only to get tempted to add on and now my financial situation is screwed for the next 30 days. The offers were good but if they could be made at time of purchase, they could be made later with my email. I do not know that I will by from another infomercial.”

“We ordered the pressure cooker xl and we were satisfied with the pressure cooker and we ordered it thinking we were going to get a 100 gift card for grocery at our local grocery store. We saw it on tv very deceiving. We called and explained that and we were going to return it because we could have gotten it on amazon for 150.00 NOW they stated that we were going to have 45.00 off of 194.00 if we keep it and they would send statement telling me they were going to put on our charge card.. NOTHING YET. I will never order anything like this again. bad experience. to bad nice product. My brother was going to get one till I TOLD HIM WHAT I WENT THROUGH.”
