Paid in complete and Received cooker but it was dented on one side. Called and was given information to send it back. Sent it back. Need better coomunication to get very good review. Waited almost two weeks called them and they are sending replacement that I should receive in another week or so. Know I will love it when I get it.

So far it is a joke trying to get to the web site to get the $100 grocery coupons. That is not acceptable in my opinion. It goes through another company evidently and you can't even find out to get into it to get the coupons. GGGGGRRRRR. Will see how the food turns out, hopefully better than my Instant Pot that I gave to my granddaughter or she will get this one too.

Sorry - we haven't received our pressure cooker yet. Also, our order was placed via telephone - not internet. I truly enjoyed my conversation with your contact that I placed my order with. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services being offered. However, there are way too many "add-on's" to the original purchase. I believe I was on the phone for about 40 minutes - and even though it was explained to me very clearly - I didn't realize what I purchased - or for how much - until I received my e-mail form your Power Pressure Cooker Team. Perhaps you could limit some of those "other deals". Thanks

I like your product ,thought the copper square pan I love it but it didn't hold up to it potential . you said it didn't scratch but it did ,I call so I can send it back for replacement. I was told I would have to pay $40 for replacement .that was less than a month after I received it but I love your products I also purchased the rice perfect cooker the air fryer the pressure cooker XL and a copy Square pants XL pan so I'm a good customer but I've got a bad deal with my first order I gave you another try Billie Hankins

My experience with this order has not been good. I did not receive the pan or the chopper. When I called customer service the person that I talked to did not speak good English and was not friendly.

Power Pressure was good however be aware that when taking advantage of the $100. in grocery coupons you will need the order number from your invoice.

I really wanted this bad and i am a family of 7 so i ordered the 10 quart but i was really disappointed that i bought tje biggest one but didn't get the cook book that came with the 8 quart i really wanted it but couldn't afford it since i bought the biggest one i think when u spend more money u should still get it

Deceptive marketing at its best. Your "add - ons" are unreal. Imagine trying to sell the consumer a package that contains the anti counter condensation piece when you should have those built into the units, and this is a 3 piece package containg other items that should be part of the unit, not add - ons. I just hope hope this works as it does on TV or you will be receiving it back very soon!!!! Thank you, look forward to hearing back from you!!

The person whom I ordered from was vey polite but very fast and a little pushy on certain items. Some items were not offered offered that are on the infomecial, that was a little disappointing. But all in all it was ok.

All I wanted was the pressure cooker that was suppose to come with free cooking pan. Instead I was charged for pan and the rep was trying to talk me into a few other options. I'm disappointed but my cooker should be on it's way. Can't wait to use it.

The only bad thing is they held money from my account for 3 days then charged me. I call customer service and they said.. they hold the money to make sure it's there when they ship the item.. so there isn't an issue when the item is shipped. My question is why not just charge me the 1st payment then there's no question at all.. seems weird to me.

I'm a fan of the product, I have two. But the 10 quart, I got just today and I'm upset about a few things 1. The 29.99 handling fee was not d.isclosed to me, I even asked if the shipping was free. It's pretty sneaky to advertise that free shipping then sneak in a $30 handling fee, really. 2. NO sauté feature.... That was my favorite thing about my smaller cooker 3. I was sent the frying pan instead of the deep pan. The person I ordered it from said I would get the deep pan, not the frying pan. 4. I still have not found a customer service phone number nor email address to submit my above complaints

Alls gr8..i have almost everything Eric sales However was a lul upset when i chose the rice cooker for my bonus item only 2 b told that i wasnt ordering on line ..was ordering over phone so i wld b getting 9.5 square pan..well i already hv that!Point being when i was online it said order online or call..so i called cause i had questions..not right! Just got my XL pan that cooks 6 chickens!False advertizing..Ur cookbook then reveals its 6 CORNISH HENS. I love my products however its the SAME XL POT I already got..just two short handles and just ordered the 6qt pressure cooker and STILL CANNOT choose the rice cooker as my bonus item..Im a little annoyed..Thanks 4 letting me vent..I'll keep my products but just disappointed..what say you ERIC? pcrodz1@ yahoo.com 3/06/17

You have a serious problem with your sales people not being able to speak clear ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!! I had to call back 4 times before I reach a young lady who did an outstanding job.

The lady that helped us with our order was very nice and polite. The only thing I didn't like, even though I know it's just part of the job is the constant offers after we have ordered. I totally know it is just part of her presentation and she has to offer the thousands of things (or it seemed like there were thousands!) All in all, our experience was good and we are looking forward to receiving our pressure cooker.
