“Pressure cooker came missing a part.I called three times,the person in Idia or wherever didnt completely understand my problem.I finally got them to send me the steamer tray after calling them three times.Also there is no way you can reduce the cook time with out starting over again.On the chicken meat mode the highest time setting is 60 minutes when two corned beefs can take 70 minutes.”

“I almost hung up the phone. The representative seemed scattered, could not get my information correct. She was nice enough, but i did not have much confidence in her abilities.”

“I ordered two rubber gaskets. The first time I ordered them I realized shortly after that I gave the wrong model # so I called back and told the person (don't remember his name). and gave him the right #. He said all 6 qt gaskets were the same. When I ,got them they were not the right ones, too big, it probably wasn't his fault. Now I am waiting for my order.”
