I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT ORDER THE TEN QUART PRODUCT TO MY CANADIAN ADDRESS AND COULD NOT GET AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THE FIRST LADY I TALKED TO WAS GREAT , SHE GAVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WHO COULD NOT TELL ME WHY THE PRODUCT I WANTED COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO CANADA . INSTEAD I HAD TO HAVE DELIVERED TO AN AMERICAN ADDRESS IN ORDER TO GET THE PRODUCT I WAS SENT AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE ADDRESS AND ORDER BUT AS YET , HAVE NOT SENT A TRACKING NUMBER , SO I CAN TRACK THE DELIVERY . I WAS ALSO PROMISED A $50 WALMART CARD WHICH COULD NOT BE SENT TO ME BECAUSE OF MY ADDRESS . I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME WHO HAS THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS . KEN HOWARD

I have not received the Power Cooker yet so I cannot comment on the performance, however I was disappointed when I placed my order via phone gave all the information 7:45 PM on March 11,17 Order placed with Brendan. I did not receive a confirmation so I called customer service on March 14,17 7:00 AM . First person told me there is no order placed at this time. I waited about 10 minutes, called back another customer service rep. said the same thing. I asked for a supervisor. Shara apologized and re-ordered the Cooker 7:05 AM March 14,17. The reason I'm upset had I gone out of town for a week, expecting the product no one called or e-mailed me that my order never went through. They had all my information I saw it when I tried tracking it on my computer I think the call taker put the wrong credit card number down. I was anxious and could not wait to receive the Cooker now it's put back for delivery... even more so if I did not call......Rocco

Too pushy,kept on insisting ,I purchase what ever the hell it was for $1.99 or whatever the price was, I didn't want the damn thing

Cooked ribs and they came out extremely tender. But in my opinion they have to be crisped up under broiler or on bbq. That adds more time. The other thing they don't mention on their ad is that while it doesnt take as much time to cook, it takes up to 20 minutes to pressurize the cooker. So if the recipe calls for 20 minutes you have to add 20 minutes for pressurization. Also you only get a few recipes and they say that you have access to recipes on their website. Well I called and they have been redoing their recipe website for over a month now. The product works great but they don't tell you everything about it. The copper pans, if you get them with are extremely nice. Easy to clean up and cook uniformly.

I thought I was receiving a $100. Grocery card but it is coupons. Also their is only 5 recipes included but you can get more on line. I have an electric pressure cooker and feel it is almost the same as this one. I like the size. That is the best part. Perhaps my rating is because I just received it and have not used it much

The customer service was great? I received the emailed billing, which showed the full amount., which is more than I could have purchased one locally, and not paid handling. The total amount is deceiving as is the infomercial. Another reason why I don't buy thru television, but I entertain a lot with corporate individuals and thought and expect it to a time saving.

The online experience was difficult. I tried 3 times to complete the transaction but it would not go through. I gave up and called the number and ordered it over the phone.

I haven't received my cooker yet. I couldn't complete my order online because the zip code line wouldn't show up. I had to call and order. I didn't receive the Cook book or copper chef pan free like the commercial said and was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get sold other items other than the pressure cooker. It made me not want to order a power pressure cooker. I would not recommend this product to another person if they have to call to order the item.

I cooked a pot roast as the booklet instructions the meat was tough and not very good . will try some other recipe later

The customer service rep was very upbeat and pleasant. I will say (and she is just doing her job) that when a customer says they are not interested in adding on anything to the initial order the rep should be allowed to deviate from her script and respect the customers time and their request and move forward to complete the order. It becomes frustrating when you are still asked to buy "specials" when you have already expressed your request to go through with the initial order. I did not want to be rude to the rep. Your reps need to be able to move forward without the script when asked by the customer. Total turn off for me at least.

Haven't received cooker as yet. I ordered by call the number listed during TV promo. Wished I would have waited and done it online. They try to sell you everything imaginable, you would think for the price you would get a cookbook. You get a fry pan but they want to sell the lid, told it was 4.95 ended up they charged $14.95. Oh and it has no warranty, they will sell it to you. And how about some utensils? Extra baskets, drip pans. I was ready to cancel my order and wait til it comes to stores like the 6 qt. Wouldn't of had to pay $30 for shipping oh sorry that's $29.99. Hope the product is worth it!

When I called to order the pressure cooker l don't like to be offered 30 other items that makes me not want to call anymore thank you also I took over a week to get the frying pan and lid it's been over a week and still have not received the hundred dollars in free coupons

The cook book which was promised was not included with the order. Power pressure cooker is very convenient, but need to explain more in detail how to use the cooker by categories. The most importantly, the food sticks in the bottom of the pan, I have difficult time trying to remove the food.Soup, stew, spaghetti sauce, all the same, they all stick in the bottom, and I have very very difficult time removing it from the pan. It should be non-stick product. I quit using this pressure cooker after my 4th trial.

Iam not happy with this purchase! I haven't used mine but am sending my Power Pressure Cooker XL back because I used one of my friends and just wasn't happy so that why I'm returning!

Too many offers at once ,just sell me the product I ask for it and send the extras you offer on your TV shows ,stop EXTRA unwanted deals unless asked for it

first when I ordered the power pressure cooker I was under the Impression there would be free groceries as was shown for the last two months on the tv with a woman holding produce as her free groceries two bags never did it signify the word coupon so I'm expecting free 100.00 free groceries misrepresentation consumer protection and the attorney generals office could verify so I was to order the copper chef xl also to get another 100.00 worth of free produce as shown on the tv well leslie the girl I first talked to took off the copper chef xl so I could get two separate orders however she held up 106.48 and 135.96 at my bank two amounts which could of led to overdrafts every time I called about when my orders would come I had to call back and get a supervisor to make sure I would get things going right some customer service reps seemed unsure of my answers to my products i have received my products which i am happy with however i not happy with not getting 100.00 free groceries as shown repeatly on the tv for the last 2 months being retired from govt free groceries are a god sent this grocery reward coupon site i was sent to is bogus there are no produce coupons for what u see on tv and the woman holding two bags of that are stated to be free groceries never stating coupons you have to add up to 100.00 dollars such a misrepresentation i feel i deserve a free Walmart or giant card with 100.00 free groceries as shown on the tv i wont order off the tv again but off the internet too nerve racking at the age of 60 to deal with i do want the copper chef xl and i like the fryer but will order off the internet. plus a detailed instruction should be shown how to use the power pressure cooker buttons like power delay for instance adjustment time exactly how to do it but last but not least not trying to be redundant BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE MY 100.00 free groceries as shown as what you get for ordering the power preassure cooker xl and it also states the same with the copper chef xl on the tv i hope this helps your customer service attendants thanks Sheryl gandy 1609 wayne st Harrisburg pa 17104
