Although I have not received my items yet I am pleased with the various levels of service. The person I initially called is CS was super helpful in aiding me in my selection and sizes. The items are arriving earlier than expected and when I called with a question later the CS rep Taelor Soto assisted me thoroughly, investigating the situation and coming back with a good and accurate answer. If the product is as good as the company I will be SUPER HAPPY!

I have ordered several products from Starfire. When I had an issue with one product they called me as soon as they opened and had the whole issue resolved immediately. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had and it makes me confident in coming back here for anything I need. Special thanks to Taelor for treating me like I lived in her neighborhood and helping so quickly.

I had bought a new burner to replace an old one that had failed in four places. I was happy to see that this new burner was much more substantial and better quality than the old one. Very happy!

This review is two part. This part is focused on the delivery process. My firepit was supposed to be shipped on July 11th, it arrived on July 27th. There were definitely some coordinating issues along the way for the shipment. The second part focuses on the fire pit itself and the customer service. The fire pit is great looking, very well made, and worked great as soon as I hooked it up. Definitely delivers more heat than your ordinary fire pit. Furthermore, after reaching out to Starfire with my discontent on the shipping, they were very courteous to my situation and provided me with some compensation that others may not have. Amelia was a great person to work with, and Starfire Direct is lucky to have her.

I received a request today to review a product that I still don't have. When I ordered the cover, Starfire website showed product should be available to ship mid-May-22. Today is mid-June and I still have not received what I ordered. When I called, they told me it might be shipped mid-July. Meanwhile, they have charged my credit card. You would think their system would know the order has not been delivered - before they ask me to review a product that won't ship for another month! I hope the product is better than their service.

Amelia King from Starfire Direct provided excellent and professional customer support. With guidance from the Starfire Direct reps, I ordered three gas log burners and log sets that were competitively priced and appropriate for my fireboxes. As can happen, I ran into a couple of issues for one reason or another. That is when Amelia King, Starfire Customer Service Agent, stepped up and resolved the issues expeditiously. I am happy with my fireplaces and especially the great customer service I received!

Well, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new fire table. However, had a lot of issues. First of all, the delivery kept getting delayed - which I understand because of Covid, but they sent an email saying it was going to be another 3 months, which would mean that I wouldn't be able to have it until Fall, so I bought a temporary table. Then the next week, they sent an email saying the table would be here in a couple of weeks ;-( Although I was happy I would get to use it in the summer, I had just spent $300 for a temporary table. ;0) Then came the delivery, The company that delivered the table - well, let's just say they were not exceptional and I paid a lot for the "white glove" delivery. When the table got here, the packing was exceptional. Nothing was wrong with the table (although they forgot to deliver the pan for the table - not sure if that was the manufacturer or delivery company but I think it was the delivery company). When the delivery guys put the table together, they put it together with the top on the bottom, which was okay until they turned it upright and they must have grabbed it by the door to the base because the door was ripped off the hinge and split the wood. To their defense, the door hinge was only attached to the wood base by one screw but they should not have turned it over the way they did. Well, I called Starfire about the issues and the missing pan (which they delivered the pan right away). The issues with fixing the door, the cracked wood, and the latch that was also broken were a different story. Part of the problem was employees - although they were very nice and said they would call the manufacturer - the people I worked with didn't stay at Starfire long enough to follow up, so I had to start all over with different people several times. After the last person, I just gave up. I ended up fixing the door and the cracked wood myself. The latch is still broken, but since I converted it to natural gas, I don't need to get in there anyway, so I had to semi-permanently wire the door shut. JUST NOT A GOOD FOLLOW UP AND NEVER DID GET A RESPONSE FROM MY LAST COMMUNICATION - WHICH I WAS JUST ASKING FOR A NEW LATCH. If it wasn't for all the post-problems and no resolution, I would have given a better rating - but it is all part of the package. Vicki Hudson
