“I have been on ships for years so the trainings become tiresome and repetitive. I will advise to add more interactive trainings and more videos especially with the first aid one. It had too much reading and too little videos. It did however have plenty pictures. But for people like me with short attention spans, videos are more informative and easier to remember than any reading material. It would be nice to watch a video explaining the ABCDEF as well as how to safely put on the neck collar and how to transport a patient etc. I have also noticed plenty spelling errors. So it’s advisable to go over your trainings. Some of the things seem pretty outdated like the life jackets in the videos and some of the equipment as well as some of the emergency procedures we no longer do. Also some Covid 19 awareness and risk of Noro Virus wasn’t mentioned in any of the videos”
