The person transfering my lease from Smartleasing to Streetfleet totally forgot about my case for 2 weeks near the end of my transfer. So I was waiting for 2 weeks for the completed transfer and he was doing nothing towards it because he forgot. The initial documents that I completed and made appointments with my manager to sign were also completed wrong by Streetfleet and had to be all redone. This after 2 weeks of being forgotten and then high urgency from Streetfleet requiring me to rush everything in my life in order to recomplete the documents in time for financier lease payments.

Spent over a month getting leasing sorted out, only to be told 6 to 9 month wait for car now. Wasted our time, effort and money.

Hi Craig, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We do our very best to source vehicles as quickly as possible, however it is a very difficult market at the moment with a global shortage of new vehicles. With some delays stretching from 1 – 2 years, we are assisting many clients in looking at used and near new vehicles as well. It’s a frustrating market that is beyond our control, but we hope global supplies will free up towards the end of this year.
