Here's a few quick things: Fuel card wasn't activated initially which caused a big problem at the fuel station resulting in the manager of the fuel station complaining to me. Car was dirty inside when I received it including take away packaging from the previous owner in the glove box etc. There was a problem when I went to have my 1st service because Streetfleet told the Mazda dealer the car wasn't one of theirs and refused to pay the service cost.

Hi Jason, Thank you for taking the time to review StreetFleet and I am sorry to read your experience has not been up to our expected standard. With respect to the cleanliness of the vehicle on changeover: We do help your employer move cars to different drivers around the country and while your drivers are given car washing allowances to keep the cars clean, sometimes these are not used inline with your employer's policy. While we try to help out and see each car before it is transferred, sometimes this is not possible and it appears yours was transferred without being adequately cleaned by the previous driver. On the fuel card side, that sounds unusual for an issued card not to be active, although sometimes pin numbers are changed to manage security on the card in between transfers so perhaps this is where the issue was. It looks like the card is being used now, so I trust this issue has been resolved. On the first service: Your vehicle was definitely active in our system. Unlike other fleet companies, we do all of our authorities verbally to ensure we can manage the process. The only thing I can think of that would have happened here is that there was a misunderstanding on the rego on your vehicle when the call came in which resulted in us not being able to locate your vehicle. I have passed your notes onto the fleet manager for your employer and have spoken with our support team about your concerns also. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by any of the above and I trust that your experience since these initial issues has been up to our normal standard.
