“Great, prompt service, and a great selection of Danner (amongst other) shoes to choose from. Top marks for not confusing a US size 9 with a UK size 9 - I ordered a UK size 9 and recieved the shoes in US size 9 1/2 - a perfect fit! My postman saw the parcel from Stuart's and gave me the thumbs-up for good taste in footwear; I think he must be a customer too!”

“Happy with the service, unfortunately the Birkenstocks were too small - my fault, I bought a half size smaller than usual. Yes, I had to pay postage to return them, but I knew this and it is to be expected from an independent company. Had they fitted they’d have been a bargain, and had they had my size in stock I believe I could have had a free return to exchange them. My refund went through promptly and communication was good.”
