“Disappointing first experience shopping here, I won’t be returning. Purchased an item and had to return as didn’t fit, I have been refunded less than what I paid. I had to pay nearly £10 to return the item to make sure it was tracked as per their advice. Contacted customer support and no response. Give me my money back please. Pathetic service and poor business practice”
