“I had difficulty trying to pay using the website. However the triple welt shoes, although pricey, are well worth it. I purchased a similar pair many years ago made in Syracuse , NY but have not been able to find anything of that quality since. These shoes are the "real deal". The difficulty with the site accepting my credit card was totally overshadowed when I opened the box.”

“first time i' ve ever used purchased shoes from an international UK website. i found the process seamless and delivery efficient and well presented/packaged. however, in these days of globalisation where i can purchase good online from anyone, to be charged $20- to have a pair of shoes delivered to australia is quite annoying when i ASOS is free.”

“Thought the shorts were white but they are near enough that colour. I found the best was to buy a size slightly on the smaller size as of course there are no belt loops. Generally a good fit.”

“The service received from Stuarts was very good , however this purchase will be the last online purchase of clothing that I make. The jeans ordered were in my usual size but didn't fit well, they were too small. For the privilege of trying the jeans on, I had to pay the £3.95 delivery fee and £3.95 to return them to Stuarts. £7.90 to try a pair of jeans, for me, it's just not worth buying clothes online.”

“Overall you absolutely met my expectations. I just feel I ought to mention the packaging. The wallet I bought for you was typical wallet sized (about 8cm by 7cm) but the package was enormous (about 50 by 70). It was kind of funny by actually a huge waste..”

HI We do not usually use this size of box , but our packaging delivery was delayed due to unforeseen reasons. Hence why we had to use the next smallest box we had in stock for your package. Apologies of any inconvenience caused to you. Kind regards Trevor Customer Service Team Leader.

“Dispatch was very fast. Cannot comment on shipping yet; however looking at online tracking I can say that Stuart London appears to ship very fast. Fastest out of all the online clothing industries. Faster than farfetch and Asos express.”
