“The shipment was super quick. The shoes were nice. I ordered a size UK9.5 on the website but then I realised the shoes was too big for me so that I sent an email to the customer service to change to UK size 8. Unfortunately, i still received in Size UK9.5 at the end. However, I will definitely come back for another purchase!”

“purchased a pair of jeans that came by faster than expected. A huge plus. The jeans purchased are made for skinny legged people, Im top heavy, so will leave alone until appropiate weight loss to look my best.”

“Bag was promptly and properly delivered--no complaints there. Only issue: shipping discrepancies. The terms for US shipping are different (300 USD and 200 GBP are not the same). While customer service was quick to reply, they never truly solved the question. In the end, I was told I had free shipping and "should not worry" about the shipping cost listed on my purchase; it would go away. It did not. I was fine paying for shipping, but I wish it hadn't been such a long and confusing process!”
