“Bought a pair of Trickers brogues which arrived promptly, but unfortunately had to return them as they were too small. They were marked a size 9, but were more like an 8 and the fit was too tight. It would be great to have some information regarding fit across different shoe brands to avoid disappointment and the need to return as postage was nearly £15. Waiting for a refund now, which hope will be just as prompt.”

“Quality of the shoes were very good - they are Loakes! Delivery is another question - DPD or whatever they are called asked me where to leave them if I was out! I told them and then they said they couldnt deliver because I was out! What's the point? They didnt say they needed a signature or anything so I then had to travel half way around the globe to pick them up from some drop off shop! Annoyingly not good!”

“Fast delivery, but unfortunately the mail service used, Skynet has only one pick up location in the Netherlands, which is in Amsterdam...I live in Den Bosch. I had to take half a day off from work to receive the package at home.”

“Item came as described. However, the packing can be done better. I bought a B&O speaker. It was poorly bubble-wrapped and the box arrived all dented in the corner, which isnt perfect as a gift, which was my intention.”

“I found a jacket I liked and purchased it, but when I got to the delivery part of checkout I couldn't see the option I expected. I rang Stuarts and the guy explained how the process worked. The jacket arrived next day. Another happy customer.”
