“Hugo boss polo .. on the small side for size. Had to return medium and order a large for my son who is only 15. It also looked rather short too. On the plus side Stuarts were quick delivery but I feel I haven't really had the best bargain as had to pay for postage again”

“It Was quite hard to type in my address. The system kept on suggesting a wrong address and it was very tiresome trying to cheat the system to get the address right. But the shop is nice with a lot of good clothing, shoes etc. The communication from Stuart's is also very good.”

“I purchased a pair of Grenson brogues from Stuarts of London. Dylan in black with leather soles on the 8/6/16. Once logged in, the order process is simple, I managed to secure the last pair in my size (11). These were priced very competitively, when compared with other retailers. The shoes were delivered free by DPD and arrived on the 10/6/16 about 13:30. So very pleased. When I went onto the page to order the shoes, an offer popped up saying 'order these shoe and receive a free pair of socks'. These didn't turn up with my order, but that could have been my fault for not entering a promotional code or something (so pay attention when ordering). Either way, the shoes fit perfectly and with the Grenson brand a good purchase.”

“Regarding the ease of use on the website, and the amount of time it took to receive my Replay Jean, was excellent. My only issue is I am not sure I got a first quality Replay Hyperflex (Anbass) Jean? Here's why: I purchased a previous pair at Harvey Nichole's in London, same jean, and same size. The difference is the Replay Hyperflex Jean purchased at HN, was made in Romania, and the content is 85% cotton, 10% poly and 5% elastan. The same is true when you go directly to the Replay website in there description. But the Replay Hyperflex Jean I received from Stuart's, was made in Tunisia, and the fabric content is 87% cotton, 9% poly, and 4% elastan. I have been in the garment business in the USA for 35 years, and made jeans for Guess at one time, I am also very familiar with the history of Replay. So either these jeans you sent me are an older production, which has been improved now, or they are a second, therefore in either case, your lower price then Replay? Please advise why the difference, and thanks; Jay Green”

“Product was as I expected. Delivered within a week to Australia. It would have been better if sizes were in both UK and US sizing, due to the brand only marking the US size on their boots. I had to guess the conversion.”

“#176388 (WEB176388) I have not shopped at stuarts for some time, only because I have focused on other projects. I regularly used the online store a couple of years ago. When I revisited the site I was reminded what a great selection of labels you guys stock. I purchased my G9 harrington which was dispatched within hours and received the next working day. First class service once more. The negative side to the feedback I give was that I missed the opportunity to implement a 10% discount code. I realised this after my purchase and visited your site a couple of hours later and a banner popped up with the 'stuyf10' I emailed to try have this implemented on my order and received a once again efficient response informing me that this could not be done as my order had been dispatched. I feel a bit peeved off as had the banner come up when I made my order I would have saved about 25 quid on my order. I also thought that it was far from impossible to credit me with the discount value just because it had been dispatched. It would be nice to have this resolved as a gesture but understand if this is indeed irreversible and it definitely won't be stopping me shopping with you again it is just a situation that took the shine away from my shopping experience. thank you Chris”

“I recently bought a range of sale items, i was happy with most but a couple had to go back i was a little annoyed that i had to pay the cost of sending the returns but they arrived the next day and Stuarts refunded my money instantly.”
