“Ordering on your Website might be somewhat easier however, a Telephone enquiry that followed, the person I spoke to was helpful and polite. Item ordered on the 16th arrived safely on the 20th. RH”

“The website says telephone lines open at 10am. I had to wait until 10:40 until the automated out of hours message was switched off. When I got someone they were helpful. Pleased to see stock includes half-sizes. Dispatch of goods was prompt but the carrier needs to be ticked off because my items were delivered to a neighbour who was told I was out. I wasn't. He never came to my door.”

“my jeans are good but the box they come in was wet and the jeans were a little bit damp at one end . they should have been put in a bag then in the box .”

“Very good service, a little bit disappointed that I was shown about 3 different voucher codes for my "first purchase" 10 minutes after I had made my first purchase from the site, especially as the trainers were not particularly cheap!!! However, very fast delivery and nice product! Would shop here again (maybe with a voucher code? Lol)”

“Had the cheapest price on the market for the shoes I wanted, so ordered with Stuarts London for the first time. Its great they do half sizes also. Delivery was in 4 days it was the last to arrive out of a series of products I bought from different companies on the same day so that could be faster. But overall I am happy with the service.”

“Order was easy and painless, shipping perfect, only problem concern was a blemish on the product purchased which was obviously seen by someone prior to shipping as someone tried to clean/repair but couldn't completely. I suggested a return or a discount.... we agreed on a good discount and all is now resolved and I'm totally satisfied. I can recommend Stuarts of London”

“Lovely hat, quality fabric and design; the perfect gift for my partner. More specific sizing or size guidelines would have been helpful; small, medium large without measurements or hat sizes made it hard to choose the right size. Also images of the hat being used would also make it easier to understand each style and therefore make the right choice. If a stylish gift box had been available I would have purchased one to go with the hat - quality wrapping for a quality item! I'm sure i'll be back again for more!”

“Always happy with service, however, on this occasion my bronze member discount brought the overall price below £75 and free next day delivery. The cost of postage then took the price over the original non discounted cost - penalised for bronze membership!?”
