“Was looking to buy a pair of specific shoes, found them for a very competitive price on Stuart's London website. There was also advice regarding the 'fit' of these particular shoes, I heeded their advice and ordered a size up from my usual size. The items arrived in a timely fashion and the fit was as described. Very happy with product and service.”

“I ordered from Stuarts on Xmas morning for first time, when I looked on their site later in the day I noticed they had put a sale on & my Fila tracksuit top had been reduced, I emailed them to ask if they would honour sale price as if I knew there was a sale I would have waited, they emailed me back the next day to say they would do it at sale price & money had been put back on my card, amazing customer service & a great company with nice clothes”

“My item was sent out quickly, I was told it was to be signed for. Then I get an email from the delivery company saying no need to sign we will take a photo of it and leave it on your door step . I live directly on the street. That's not secure postage”

“Great experience. They had a special edition barbour jacket I really liked, with the size I needed. Their website was clear and concise, providing plenty of pictures and sizing information. I was a little nervous as I live in the USA, so I emailed them some questions. Within a day, they responded and I placed my order. About 2 days later, I received my beautiful jacket. Great experience I and will 100% keep them in mind for future purchases”
