“My Birkenstocks never arrived? So after a while i was refunded so disappointed as wanted them for a holiday Once I contacted Stuarts they Did reply but was much to late”

“New customer had faulty goods from another shop and needed the item as a birthday present for today. Ordered yesterday ( when i discovered the original from the other store was damaged) and Stuarts took the order and delivered by 9am today. Great service”

“I bought a pair of R.M. Williams Chinchilla boots from Stuarts of London at an amazingly low price. Much cheaper than here in Australia. They were shipped the very next day after they received my order. Shipping costs were very reasonable, bordering on cheap, and they arrived in Australia within 4 days and at my door in regional Victoria after a further 7 days. Delivered by courier. Great service all around. I would highly recommend Stuarts of London to anyone and I'd have no hesitation in purchasing from them in the future.”

“Great winter sale selection and a very fair efficient 'one free exchange ' process which made me comfortable to order various jackets and trousers and exchange the non fitting ones. The only problem was I loved all the sale jackets and kept them all in L and XL!!!”
