“It was hard to find the Clark Trek shoes I wanted in 10.5 size (even on Clark's website!). Stuarts had them in stock with next day delivery. Perfect, got them on now.”

“Not a good experience with this Company. An item I ordered, I never received. I filled a claim with the USPS. They determined the package was indeed delivered to my address and to check with other tenants in my Building (8) apartments. No one has seen this package. I sent Stuart's the letter from USPS. They told me I need to file another claim to re open the investigation. What is the purpose for this? Only a sane person can determine that the package was stolen. This item cost me $260, which is a lot to lose for anyone. I would not ever deal with Stuarts again and recommend to anyone thinking of buying merchandise from this store.”
