“The order is quite good, although the Paypal system input my address wrongly, I need to email them and even call them for correction, and finally, I received my Jacket.”

“I ordered a Parajumpers jacket from Stuarts and am really pleased with the service. The price was good and it arrived very quickly. One small negative was the box which was damaged and partly opened when it arrived but the jacket wasn’t affected and that may have been the fault of the delivery company.”

“Store customer service has been great, however, the lack of quality control on items I purchased gives me a brief pause. The jacket I bought brand new had a hole in the pocket, so had to go through the steps to send it back and get a new one. But they were very good about that. Very nice selection of merchandise for men!”

“Other than a tiny bit of damage to the box I could not find fault in my experience with Stuarts London. My Wolverine 1000 mile forever boots were delivered promptly and fit like a dream. Also they are the only stockists of this brand in the UK and I appreciate them sourcing the brand and giving them due prominence on this side of the Atlantic, I only wish the would stock more of them particularly the limited edition models such as the Rawlings Sporting Goods edition”

“I missed purchasing a Pendleton over shirt when it was available from many stores. Stuarts London was the only place that had my size. They are priced high, nearly double but I liked the shirt so I purchased it. It arrived very quickly, in only a few days.”

“Great selection, easy order, great bank holiday discount and free postage. Should have arrived on Wednesday but delayed to Thursday, down to the carriage company and not Stuarts. This didn't cause us a problem but during these times could happen with any order placed with any company.”

“Ordered a pair of men’s Armani J21 jeans. Phoned to ask about the fit. Told they were true to size which was spot on. If you order after 3pm ‘next day delivery’ means the day after the next day! This was extremely annoying. It does say this in small writing under the size guide but I didn’t see it. I checked on the delivery page several times before ordering and there is no mention of this. There could have been a warning of this as I proceeded after paying extra for next day delivery. On the plus side. The jeans are good and they are indeed a good fit. You do not need to size up unless you really have put weight on.”
