“Ordering and delivery process is great, but returns through DPD drop off are a huge pain. Suggest they change their partnership with them to collection if the customer has to pay for returns.”

“Prompt shipping & delivery. However, the customer is on the hook for the shipping costs for returns & exchanges. The best way to improve services is to provide free shipping on returns & exchanges (especially for non-UK citizens) like most other online retailers. I might need a different size in another colour of an item that I like. It doesn't make business sense to have the customer pay to exchange or return an item. Considering that I'm in the US, I'm more inclined to not shop here again based on this expense and experience.”

“Very clear website. Prices good. Happy with the items that I ordered and kept; very prompt acknowledgement of items that I returned. I will order from these guys again. Only suggestion would be maybe a little more guidance on the variation of fit of each brand and a website filter choice for 'slim fit'.”
