“All good apart from when viewing descriptions of the 1954 vintage Levi's and the 1947 vintage Levi's it was clear that the 1954 was shrink to fit but this was not clear that they to were shrink to fit however they were long enough so this was not a problem and I have gone old school and shrunk them in the bath ! They are a little tight in the waist but should give otherwise very good buy.”

“Great shop,been ordering from them for years. Really great and varied selection of styles. Being a 80's/90's casual great to see stuff from back then. Only thing I would suggest is introducing more ways to pay like Klarna or Clearpay.”

“Website was good, clear sizing and the right information needed to purchase. The order was placed Friday night and i got it Monday morning, a day earlier than I’d have expected. That was great, however i bought over a mobile and must have missed the fact that the prices listed were exVAT, so thought there had been a checkout error. This was an unnecessary wrinkle.”

“Well I ordered some boots on-line, good price and what I wanted but turns out they did not have them in stock for delivery and notified me fairly promptly and refunded my money. So wasn't really too upset”

“Great help on the phone before purchase (yes, you can talk to a real person with good product knowledge : this is an excellent feature which is becoming increasingly rare), good turnaround and delivery and easy return for an item that was too big. Good overall experience. I will be using Stuarts again.”

“The shoes arrived as described and looked great. Five stars would be warranted were it not for the delivery time. Ordering from the EU is a bit of a problem though. The shoes took almost a month to clear customs and I had to, unfortunately, pay 50 EUR customs duty. The Black Friday deal turned out to be more expensive than the normal price. This is not Stuarts' fault, but that of the UK leaving the EU.”

“Stock, customer service, shop are all bang on. The only thing I would say, to give a constructive review, is that your website could possibly benefit from a bit of an update. A bit of a UI/UX review is never wasted. I know it’s a bit of a lazy cliche, but Squarespace sites look really slick.”

“I love this online store; however, I find it difficult at times to shop as a client living in the United States. For one, I have been a loyal customer for nearly 7 years. Any promotional codes are invalid for me, and I have to pay a surplus to exchange anything online. A one-time courtesy exchange for loyal customers abroad would be nice to implement in the future. The returns process was quite expensive and options for a carrier are limited. I would give Stuarts London a five, but my most recent experience was dismal.”
