“Thanks, Stuarts of London. The package was left at my front door because you opted not to have a signature required on delivery. My boots were left on my front porch in plain view of the two thieves who were riding past. They snatched the package and rode off with it on their bikes. I've made a statement to the police and provided them with the security footage from my neighbour's house. Over $200 down the drain and the last pair of these boots in my size, in the world....gone. Good job, Stuarts! I wont' be shopping with you again.”

“Communication is very bad. Delivery still outstanding- long after the promised delivery date. No explanation for the delay. Goods ordered the same day from another company in London arrived 2 days after the order. 10 days or more- still no goods.”
