“Ordered a t-shirt. It arrives in good time, however it was so thin & shocking quality for the money, not at all what I was expecting! Had paid postage & was disgusted it did not come with a returns label! In total I paid over £7 in postage for an item returned! Bought from House of Fraser instead, got what I wanted, but had I chosen to return it would have been included in the postage I paid! Will NEVER order from Stuarts London again. Unhelpful customer service, & the only company I’ve bought from who when you have paid postage charge you to return!”
