“I bought a Barbour waxed cotten jacket; it arrived on the day I was informed it would, was well packed and brand nee. Stuarts web site was easy to use, offered extremely useful sizing information and a detailed description along with good photos. Outstanding job Stuarts👍”

“I am well aware that the current action of Royal Mail might not be Stuarts of London's fault. But after not hearing anuthing after a week I contacted you (Stuarts of London) to enquire where my order was, to which you replied stranded at Heathrow. As far as I know the skrike action by Royal Mail workers has been ongoing for some time, to my knowledge- I am from Denmark, and I find it a little curious why you would continue to ship with a provider, who has very clearly given you advance notice that they might be on strike. It is now more than two weeks since I place my order, and I still have no clue when I can expect to get my order delivered. And. Yet again- no communication from you on... anything. The least you could do is to provide some kind of update...”
