“I can’t speak more highly of these guys, they’re really helpful and friendly. I went into the shop for some Lois cords but they didn’t have any on display so they got some from the storeroom for me to try on. They didn’t have my colour and said they could get them from the warehouse for the next day or I could order online and so, as I wasn’t going to be around the next day, I ordered them online on the Saturday and they were delivered on the Monday.”

“I grew up in the 70’s. Going to high school we all had the Baracuta Jacket!! That’s what we all wore to school. Fast forward 40 years or so later, I wanted another Baracuta Jacket. I tried for months and months to get one in Mist. Baracuta in the U.K. Doesn’t ship to the U.S. and Baracuta U.S. never carries Mist in a 52! After several emails to Baracuta and getting blown off from there customer service representatives, I finally, finally got a hold of a nice gentleman!! I wish I could remember his name. He was great and very helpful. He told me that he was going to forward my info to a certain team. A few day’s later when I woke up and checked my email, there was a from Stuart’s of London to purchase a 52 in the color Mist. I ordered the jacket immediately on a Tuesday morning and the jacket arrived 2 days later on Thursday morning!! I don’t know who that representative was from Baracuta but he actually cared! What a great Jacket!”

“I love that Stuart’s of London offers hard to find Brand hard to find in US like Baracuta, Fred Perry Reisiues and others . Only downfall is the high shipping charges that is added. I normally average spending more than 250 dollars to close to 600 dollars . I think it would be fair for anyone who spends over dollars 200 should receive free shipping . Lastly , easier international accessibility to exchange and refunds would be helpful certain items don’t fit correctly .”
