“I ORDERED A PAIR OF CLARKS DESERT BOOTS BUT ASKED FOR THE WRONG SIZE. ON REALISATION I CONTACTED STUARTS TO ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE. I EXPLAINED I NEEDED THEM FOR AN IMINENT HOLIDAT - THREE DAYS HENSE - THE SALES ASSISTANT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND I RECEIVED A CORRECT SIZED PAIR THE FOLLOWING DAY, HE EVEN TELEPHONED TO ENSURE THE NEW SIZE WAS CORRECT BEFORE POSTING THE BOOTS TO ME. EQUALLY HE SPEEDED THE RETURN SERVICE TO ALLOW RAPID DELIVERY OF THE NEW PAIR. i WOULD, WITHOUT DOUBT SHOP WITH STUARTS IN THE FUTURE, OLD FASHIONED EXCELLENTY SERVICE.”

“The Mephisto shoes that I ordered arrived and had clearly been worn and returned stock! There was small stones and glass in the soles and the insole heal was smudged which is the type of wear you expect when they have been on your feet for more time than just trying them on. Wasn’t happy, especially at the price!”
