“I ordered a pair of Canvas Shoes. it is of very poor quality, see attached pictures for details, the uppers are covered in white sticky glue and poorly handmade. Secondly, the Royal Mail used for this order delayed delivery due to the courier not being able to contact me as my phone number could not be displayed on the parcel. So I hope you'll pay attention to these issues. Thanks for your time”
