“I live on the other side of the pond and this was my first time to order from an overseas retailer in England. I am very pleased with the shipping time and the experience. Thank you so much. Now to find a matching belt for my new Sanders chukka boots!”

“I bought a pair of trainers (I ordered the wrong size) for my boyfriend, and I stupidly didn't keep any of the paperwork to return it. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful! They promptly emailed me a return label and invoice slip to include in the package. Such a different experience to the usual return process (which is normally automated, difficult if you lose your invoice number, time consuming etc.). I can't say how impressed I've been with their service. Thank you so much!”

“The website is really good and delivery was quick with out issue. But the only issue I have is that when we had to return the item we had to pay for it to be returned do paying delivery cost effectively twice you should offer free returns that's what I think.”
