“Everytime I have shopped at Stuart London online I have had a pleasant experience. My shopping experience has always been good because the entire process has been easy and straightforward, the website had nice clear pictures of the clothes and the descriptions are accurate and the sizing exact. The selection of clothes and accessories is very good and varied with some. Exclusive items as well. The prices are competitive and at sale times very low.”

“Stuarts are a favorite of mine, top brands with a lot of discounted lines in their sales. I like them, fast delivery and i even ticked the wrong box for collection once {i couldn't actually do this} but I just emailed them and they sent it by next day delivery free ... Brilliant service!”

“I tried to order a new belt from Stuarts and my experience has been terrible. I understand that Royal Mail has been hacked and I've been exceptionally patient of waiting more than a month to see what happens. However, now I'm stuck in limbo where Stuarts is waiting for an update from Royal Mail, but without the update I can't ask for a refund or get a new belt shipped to me. So basically if Royal Mail never updates my shipment I will never get my money back or a new product shipped to me, because apparently that's the only option I have now.”

“Everything showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The downside of buying from the UK is returns are really not feasible. The weak spot is that you do not list spec's on product pages. Specifically the shorts I ordered where a 5"inseam. The image gave the impression that they may be 7" when compared to other photos of styles that were clearly 5". Just will not buy garments without spec's listed in the future.”
