“Malfunctioned Clothing Occured. I wasn’t expected this but, my Fred Perry brand order didn’t impressed me so much. I would he specific on this. I purchased the cropped parka jacket color grey. The problem was that the 2 elastic band on the hoodie got these 2 small black beads attached/inserted. When I’’m about to adjust the hoodie, it loosely fell off from the ground and never found it - Gone! I was so upset and annoyed with how it was designed. Overall I’m not truly happy with my 1st ever purchase from Stuarts London which I expected exceptional quality service & craftsmanship from them. Please do compensate at least for this malfunctioned clothing I purchased which is quite expensive. Hope to hear from your quick resolution! Waiting in vain here. Thank you! 🥺🤞🏽🙌🏼🙏🏽”
