“Placed an order on the 28th of may to be send to the Netherlands. Today it’s the 11th of june and haven’t received anything yet. Contacted their customer service about this and they were friendly and understanding. I guess O should never choose standard shipment with Royal mail again. I just don’t understand why they don’t ship with dhl or ups etc like every other company. But ok I quess I just have to wait if and when my package will arrive soon.”
