“The item had to be returned, nothing wrong with it, just I didn’t like how the sandals looked on. It cost me £5.99 to return them. On top of that I paid £119 for the sandals and they returned £115.05 - so all in all cost me £10 for the privilege. I wasn’t going to leave a review but they did email me to ask for one so here is my honest review. I feel it’s slightly wrong to be charged the return delivery, but then to receive less than the item cost me is just too much! I will avoid using this company in the future.”

“Delivered very quickly, merz top had its own special box to separate it from the inferior garments lol.My usual size didn’t fit so sent back 3 for free exchange, they exchanged 1 item and refunded others. I wished to exchange all items to different sizes , an email would have helped sort it out. I would have paid for post , they had correct size available still but not now. Still, a good shop with some smart clothes will be shopping here again”
