“One of the two hoodies I ordered, marked in shop as new, arrived without labels and appeared to have previously been tried on. This was particularly obvious when compared to the other, factory-fresh jumper. However, due to the shipping costs and taxes incurred between the UK and the EU, it did not seem worth filing a complaint.”
