“I would like to highly recommend Stuarts of London if you are an international costumer. I needed to return a jacket which fitted larger than the other jackets purchased. S of L we’re extremely speedy in their return of funds which included half the postage given my personal circumstances with the purchase at the time. When they received my returned item I received an email straight away to say they received it. Within 2 days my money was back in my account. Don’t be put off buying items just because it is in London as their service is efficient and communication is quick. We have now made 3 orders and the clothing is of high quality. Very very happy with the service particularly how the refund was processed.”

“Goods arrived quickly but were not what I was after, shape in photos was misleading. To return to store cost me £11 and then Stuarts took a further £4 off if the refund. Not good enough. First time I used them and last. I have never had any problems with stores like The End or Tessuti. Thanks but no thanks Stuart’s. Most expensive mistake I’ve made with online shopping.”
