“Wonderfully quick order placement and despatch, and kept fully informed of progress. Unfortunately the colour of the jeans is very different in real life compared to what they look like on the website. More yellow than 'natural' so Im going to have to return them, which is a pain”

“I ordered 1 item in 2 different sizes on a Thursday and they were delivered to me the very next day and I got an email with a one hour delivery time slot that these would be delivered so great service. Have to return 1 item bit of a pain have to download returns slip and also have to pay for returns delivery but overall very good service and will be shopping from you again. :-)”

“I had trouble checking out no matter what credit card I used. It said to "Use another card". So, I went to Paypal, and was able to use my credit card. Was this a way to force us to use Paypal?”

“I purchased a pair of shoes in the sale. Contacted Stuarts and the person that dealt with my query was very helpful. Purchase arrived within a few days. All in all an excellent service. Whilst all that was wonderful I personally did not pick up the fact that you can only get a credit note when you return sale items. I think that as an internet company this is harsh!”
