“Happy with the service and the speed in which my order arrived, only criticism would be that the socks I ordered were in size small, medium or large instead of shoe size.”

“Lower free shipping costs to Australia from $400 to maybe $200 , most people don't spend over $400 so the offer is pretty much pointless for the large majority of online shoppers.”

“I've been shopping with this online retailer for many years. Excellent range of products, competetive prices, prompt delivery. Just disappointed as recently joined loyalty reward scheme and advised by Customer Service that I could not add previous orders to my points- no explanation offered. Defeats the object of ' loyalty scheme'.”

“For a £270 jacket, I felt it was packed rather cheaply. Saying that the recipient was delighted with the jacket. Delivery was excellent. Thank you.”

“Great range of products and they come packed correctly and neatly shame about the P&P charges, and even worse Stuarts ask for the customer to pay for the returns... its not good Stuarts. End/ Size/ Kafta/ Peggs & sonn cover the cost via Collect+”
