“Very pleased with the service. The only negative was Royal Mail not delivering the parcel to my door despite the fact that I paid £4 for delivery the would only come to the main flat entrance.”

“Didn't quite meet my delivery expectations (order before 5pm for next day delivery) as I ordered at 4:40pm and got next day despatch. Otherwise good.”

“Seamless process, no hiccups. Item is as expected Only thing I'd say is to delay the feedback request until you're certain the purchaser has actually received it/had time to use it. Seems a bit needy/insistent and would normally make me reluctant to actually share my thoughts.”

“Comunication via email on order, Royal Mail good service but not impressed with the internal packaging as shirt collar was flat felt like it had been previously tried on so that has let the purchase flat just like the collar. I have had a brutus shirt before and know that the standard should be better than this. Might return shirt due to this issue :-(”

“Once ordered I was kept updated with what was happening and I received the items the following day. Purchased raw denim jeans and was disappointed at the lack of information on the website about care of them. Only through research on other sites did I get information about the jeans. Maybe something that could be looked at on the website. I will shop here again as the range of products is fantastic. Thanks”

“The jeans were good spring/summer jeans and were an accurate size. They arrived in good time. They have a slight twist in the right leg which means they are less than perfect and that is a slight negative but I had already wore them before I noticed. I would think twice before buying Edwin jeans because of this. I will however buy from stuarts again, probably a pair of levis thought. Andrew”

“Ordered a new pair of Clarks Dessies which were a fiver less than buying from Clarks direct. There was an error on the postage charge, but a quick e mail and this was soon sorted. Overall a good service and I'm very pleased with the boots, so would buy again.”
