“Delivery very prompt. Impressive. However, the item was a polo shirt and the packaged items collar was folded up at the corners. Bit poor shape for a fresh shirt.”

“I bought this as I am completely fed up with the sad offerings women get for trousers. I knew Levi's 501 fit me perfectly anyway. Great colour, the fabric thinner than you blue jean, more of a summer weight, but overall great pair of trousers as a sales bargain!”

“Love Stuarts of London, have used the web site for quite a few years now and have never had any issues before, untill my last purchase. I bought 3 items which were in a sale at the time. When the items arrived 2 didn't fit properly and one item did not suit me so I posted the items quickly back. I was not aware that items bought in the sale cannot be refunded, only credit awarded. I thought this extremely unfair and it will prevent me from placing orders on items in the future! I was then forced to spend my £250 credit on items I didn't really need. Very very dissapointing from an otherwise fantastic retailer.”

“Very good delivery free service but I returned item as did not fit and was charged £3.95 for posting back and cost me postage charges of £7.95 so I'm at a loss of £11.95 !”

“The service was very good, received goods within 3 days of ordering.This item was purchased as a gift. Unfortunately the box had considerable damage and the trainer had a small scuff . Neither of these things would stop me from buying from you again however I thought this worth bringing to your attention many thanks”

“I bought a pair of Grenson Dylan Brogues and though they came within a day or two I noticed one of the shoes had been worn maybe in the shop as the laces were not neatly tucked in the shoe as the other was and the leather was clear creased where you bend your foot by the toes when walking . It took the shine off an expensive pair of shoes ...”

“Many companies offer free delivery. I am disappointed you don't. I believe it would encourage more customers to buy if you did. If I could have found the product I purchased, which is a Christmas present, on a site with free delivery I would not have bought from you.”
